Announcing Seasonal Spookfest — A New Haunted Series Begins This Fall
October’s creeping in, and you can feel it in your bones, can’t you? The air’s getting crisp. The shadows are stretching just a little longer. And here at True Hauntings of America, we’re summoning something new for the season — and for every season to come.
Starting next week, we’re launching a brand-new series we’re calling Seasonal Spookfest — a quarterly deep-dive into the darker corners of American history and haunted folklore. Once a season, we’ll choose a chilling theme and follow it down into the depths, with a fresh post every Friday for one full month.
We’re kicking things off this October with a name you already know... but a story you’ve never quite heard this way before. The Witches of Salem will be our first Seasonal Spookfest feature, beginning Friday, October 3, 2025. For five Fridays, we’ll walk through the flames of hysteria, injustice, and the ghost stories that still linger in Salem, Massachusetts.
But don’t think for a second that the chills stop when Halloween’s over. Around here, we believe the spooky season lives all year long. Ghosts don’t care about calendars — and neither do we.
Here’s when you can expect each new round of the Seasonal Spookfest to begin:
- Fall: October 3, 2025
- Winter: January 3, 2026
- Spring: April 4, 2026
- Summer: July 4, 2026
So whether it’s falling leaves or snowdrifts, blooming fields or summer storms — you can bet we’ll be here, whispering stories from the other side of the veil.
